Dorota Miko & Tom Miko are a director-cinematographer duo who have been crafting a common cinematic language for over 12 years. They share not only professional experience but also intuition and a keen sense of visual rhythm, allowing them to work in perfect harmony as a team. They specialize in directing commercials, music videos, social media spots, and fashion productions, and are drawn to stories that convey emotion and build a true connection with the viewer.

Over the years, they have collaborated with Polish and international brands, creating campaigns (both film and photography) for brands such as NOYO, Greenpoint, Marfa, Solano, Pantene, Empik, Top Secret, VOX Meble, Viva!, House, Pudliszki, Castorama, Carrefour, Lalupa, Gynoxin, and many others. They have also collaborated with artists and personalities from the worlds of music, film, and media, including: Krzysztof Zalewski, Bovska, Vito Bambino, Igor Walaszek, Marcin Prokop, Krzysztof Ibisz, Magdalena Mołek, Vanessa Alexander, Maciej Zakościelny, and Joanna Krupa.

Dorota Miko graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Wrocław, but has been working as a director and photographer for years. She honed her photography skills at the Center for Creative Arts in Wrocław and at numerous courses and trainings, including those at Papaya Films Academy, Fotografika, and the course organized by the "Wszysty Jestem Fotografami" collective. Her photography project, "The Sun Always Shines in Paradise," inspired a documentary film of the same title. She is currently studying Performing Arts at SWPS University to enrich her projects with new content.

Her portfolio includes both original and commercial projects. She has completed photoshoots for brands such as Greenpoint, Pudliszki, Castorama, Tova, Makover, Marfa, Style, Lalupa, Hady Dagat, Be Wear, and others. Her work has been published in Polish and international magazines: KMAG, Goji Magazine, PONNY, Flanelle, Kaltblut, 17:23, Cool UK Magazine, WhenWithYou, 33magazine, and Sainteight. In 2018, she had her first photography exhibition, "In Paradise, the Sun Always Shines," which portrayed the lives of the residents of Puerto Princesa, Philippines. She excels in portraiture, documentary formats, and socially engaged projects. She created the memorable "Listen to Me" commercial for Viva! International Animal Movement. She is a winner of the "Exhibit Yourself" competition at the Centre for Contemporary Art.
